Schedule a consultation
A quote starts in your backyard. Send the form and Angela will set a time to see the lot, hear what you want and talk through the options.
What happens next?
- A call back. Angela reads the form and gets in touch to find a time.
- The visit. Soil, slope, drainage, sun and the way in for equipment, plus how you want to use the yard.
- The design. Pool type, layout, stone, structures and the order they are built in.
- The price. Given against that design, so it covers your yard and nobody else’s.
If you want to compare the pool types first, read fiberglass and gunite. If you will finance it, HFS Financial, Lyon Financial and VistaFi take applications online through the financing page.
We build in 18 towns, from Brentwood and Franklin through Williamson County to Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet and Hendersonville. Your town’s page names its permit office, which sets how long the permit takes.
Questions, answered
Before the consultation
Do I need a property survey before asking for a quote?
No. You can send the form without one. A survey does speed up the design, and many towns ask to see the pool’s distance from the property lines with the permit application, so if you have one, keep it handy. Angela will tell you what your town’s permit office expects.
How do you price a pool project?
After the site visit and the design. The pool type, size and features, the soil and slope, the hardscape around it and access for equipment all move the price, so we price your yard once the plan is drawn, rather than quote a number over the phone.
How soon can construction start?
Once the design is approved, the permit is issued and the 811 locate is done; 811 alone needs 3 working days’ notice in Tennessee. Permit times vary by town. We give you a schedule for your project when the design is final.
What happens after I send the form?
Angela reads it and calls or emails you to set up the consultation at your property. Have your questions ready and any pictures of backyards you like; they help more than any wish list. If an HOA has to approve the plans, mention it so the design can include what its review asks for.
