Permits and towns

Which towns does Angelic Hardscapes & Pools serve?

Eighteen across Middle Tennessee: Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, College Grove, Thompson’s Station, Spring Hill, Fairview, Nashville, Bellevue, Murfreesboro, Christiana, Mount Juliet, Lebanon, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Hartsville, Columbia and Chapel Hill. Each has its own page naming the local permit office and the pool rules we design to there.

Who issues pool permits in Williamson County?

It depends on where you live. Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Thompson’s Station and Fairview issue their own; unincorporated areas such as College Grove and Arrington go through Williamson County Building and Codes. We confirm the office for your address during design.

Do pool rules differ from one town to the next?

Yes. Setbacks, barrier height, gate hardware, survey requirements and fees vary by city and county. Spring Hill, for example, asks for a pool 10 feet from property lines and 5 feet from the house; Murfreesboro charges $150 for an in-ground permit. We design to the rules of your town.

Will you build in my HOA neighborhood?

Yes. Many of our clients live in HOA communities, and most associations want to see plans before work starts. We provide drawings and material selections for the architectural review, answer the committee’s questions and schedule construction around the approval, so the dig does not wait on paperwork that could have gone in early.
